In this building Malcholm and Jean Schloss ( Adriel ) had their bookshop where many New Yorkers came and first heard of Meher Baba before he came to America in 1931.

At this stage it is unclear whereabouts in this building the bookshop was located.

The shop closed in the mid-1930s.
