THE  INNER  PATH

On Tuesday, 16 October 1928, while discoursing to the boys, Baba disclosed more about the inner path:

This Path is extremely difficult for the outside world, but it will be easy for you to tread because I myself will work through you. For example, suppose you have to go to the Manzil via the road, but the road is full of holes and rough, and in some places very narrow.

What if you were blindfolded — how would you proceed? I will hold your hand and tell you where to put your foot since I see each and everything. My eyes are always open. Despite all this, if you do not hold my hand, how am I to guide you? To hold my hand means to do as I say. Therefore, I am telling you daily to always listen to me and to think of me constantly with all your heart. Then see what untold benefit you derive.
